MOULDED FIBRE PACKAGING
We supply moulded fibre packaging to food and beverage businesses across the UAE and the GCC — and we help them make the switch.
WHAT WE SUPPLY
Moulded fibre packaging, built around your product.
Trusted by brands across the GCC
For food and beverage brands across the UAE and the GCC — from the packhouse through to the retail shelf. Choose from the product range, or develop the pack with us.
CERTIFICATION
Certification sits with the manufacturing line and applies per product, not across the whole range. Ask for the specification sheet for the items you are considering — it states what applies and what does not.

PRODUCT RANGE
A working product range held locally across all four divisions. No indent orders, no ninety-day lead times from Asia, no full container to get started.
CUSTOM STUDIO
Most suppliers hand you a catalogue. We start from what your product actually needs — shelf life, cold chain, line speed, how it should look on a shelf — and stay involved through artwork, sampling and production.
HOW FAR WE GO WITH YOU
Every relationship starts somewhere on this line. Most move along it.
Order from the held range, unbranded. Certified, stocked, delivered. Many clients never need more than this.
Stock formats printed with your artwork. The fastest route to packaging that looks like yours rather than generic.
Where the pack is standard but the presentation shouldn't be. Designed with you, produced and applied to spec.
Laminated stock, barrier layers, MAP formats for protein, or a format that doesn't exist yet — developed through sampling and tooling. This is Custom Studio.
NEWS & UPDATES
We'll be showing the full moulded fibre range, including a retail chiller shelf display and a MAP demonstration with real chilled product — not empty samples.
Dubai World Trade Centre · Stand CC1-34, Concourse 1 (near Hall 1) · Packaging & Processing
Our second exhibition of the year. Come and handle the material — the difference between moulded fibre and the alternatives is easier to feel than to read about.
Dubai World Trade Centre · Stand O-30, Halls 2 & 3
Laminated stock, higher barrier grades and MAP-capable protein trays are in progress with our supply partners. Moulded fibre has real limits today; these are the formats that close them.

A CAPABILITY
Recirkl Custom Studio is the engagement we offer when a brand needs packaging that goes beyond standard range — custom forms, proprietary moulds, considered finishes, brand-led design. Consultative. Built around the brand.
WHO CUSTOM STUDIO IS FOR
01
Restaurant groups, QSR and cloud kitchens who want the pack to carry the brand — printed clamshells, bowls, cups and sleeves.
02
Food and beverage producers packing at scale. Trays, punnets and formats developed around the product, the line and the shelf life.
03
Hospitality, corporate gifting, seasonal collections, branded boxes for premium hotels.
04
Dates packers, chocolatiers and confectionery houses. Multi-cavity inserts, retail and gifting formats, Ramadan and Eid.
— and bespoke engagements with premium HORECA, hospitality, and aspirational brands across other categories.
HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS
01
Conversation about the brand, the product, the moment, the volume.
02
Form, materials, certifications. Direction shared and refined together.
03
Physical samples produced. Held in hand, tested in context.
04
Run produced to agreed specification. Quality verified.
05
Logistics handled end to end, from the factory to your door.
WHAT MAKES CUSTOM STUDIO DIFFERENT
Moulded fibre only. Within that, anything. Constraint sharpens design — and protects the credibility of every claim.
TÜV Austria · FSC · OK Compost · FDA · PFAS-free — the standards the range is certified to. Custom packaging doesn't mean uncertified packaging.
The brand thinking, the design and the specification happen here — your market, your time zone. Production runs at our partner factories across Asia, to the specification we agree with you.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
Until the product, the line and the volume are settled, prototyping costs less than re-tooling.
If your product needs a barrier moulded fibre can't give it, we'll tell you — rather than ship a pack that fails in the field.
Bring a reference and we'll talk about why it works. We won't copy it.
START A CONVERSATION
Every engagement starts with a brief — even a paragraph — and we come back with what is possible, what is not, and where to start.
AN OFFER
Retail packs of plates, bowls, cutlery and combos under your own label, on standard moulded fibre formats — no tooling, no new mould, no development cycle to wait out.
WHAT YOU CAN PUT YOUR BRAND ON
No development cycle, no tooling spend.
Retail multipacks of plates and bowls.
Lidded containers and hinged clamshells.
Cutlery sets, stirrers and accessories.
Mixed sets for occasions and gifting.
THREE WAYS TO CARRY THE BRAND
Seals a sleeve or a lid.
Brand, contents, count and barcode.
Wraps a stack or a set. The largest brand surface.
THREE STEPS
01
From the standard range.
02
Yours, or ours worked to your brief.
03
Produced and delivered under your own name.
Your artwork, your brand name, your carton markings.

ABOUT RECIRKL
Recirkl supplies moulded fibre packaging across the UAE and the GCC — and works with brands to replace the plastic formats they use today.
WHY NOW
Moulded fibre has been manufactured at industrial scale for decades. Across Europe and North America it is ordinary — you buy meat, berries and ready meals in it without noticing. In the Gulf it has landed in foodservice and stalled there.
WHAT IT REPLACES
Plastic trays
Polystyrene
Plastic punnets
PET clamshells
WHAT WE SUPPLY
Moulded fibre, certified and stocked here.
Sugarcane bagasse, formed into the pack your product already needs. Not a compromise format. The same job, done by a material that doesn't outlive the meal.
WHY IT EXISTS
The material is proven. What this region is missing is someone who will actually do the switching — match the format, run the trial, document the claim.
That gap is what Recirkl was built for.
Tell us what you're packing in plastic today. We'll tell you honestly whether fibre can replace it yet — and where it can't.
CONTACT
No pitch deck. No hard sell. A real conversation about your packaging, your operational reality, and whether Recirkl is useful — or not.
